The subconscious for mental fitness is an encrypted four-hour online course, where I train learners how to use music to activate the subconscious mind.
This approach is based on separating different instruments while listening to the tune in order to create channels linking the conscious mind with the subconscious mind, thereby activating the subconscious mind.
